'How-to' Create a Listing
Get your timeshare listed successfully on Allied Transfers.
Overview
You will be able to create your listing very easily on Allied Transfers. Follow these steps for success and please reach out to our support team if you have any issues or questions. We strive to continually make the process easier and welcome any constructive feedback.
The Create My Listings Page is how you will submit your Timeshare Listing.
You will be redirected to this page immediately after paying for a Listing Plan. Also, the link will be emailed to you in case you need to complete the form info later.
What you will need:
- Name of the Resort or Club
- Associated Brand
- Use Frequency (Annual/Every-Other-Year)
- Timeshare Type (Points/Weeks)
- The usage details (number of points, week number, unit size)
- A copy of your most recent maintenance fee statement showing the account is in good standing and you own what is listed
Your time does not start until we have verified your listing details and posted it live on the site.
Listing Tips
- Listing Description - You can either chose a prewritten resort description for your listing or write your own.
- Pricing - do a little research about what you can reasonably expect to get for your timeshare. You can always adjust it later, but do not expect to buyers to pay retail prices for resale timeshares.
- Transfer Fees - Almost all resorts charge a fee to transfer the ownership from one party to another. This is for their internal reservation system/HOA and is not the cost to re-register your deed. We have provided many known transfer fees for timeshare resorts. However, this is the listing party's responsibility to ensure accuracy. You may decide who will pay the fee for your listing (either buyer or seller).
- Listing Verification - To prevent rampant abuse of our system and to thwart potential fraud, we require any listing on our site to be verified by submission of a maintenance fee statement that shows the timeshare is in good standing and displays you clearly own the timeshare being listed. Please submit a legible copy for our review.
